TESTIMONIALS
Vicky Amey was my physiotherapist following my fall when I fractured my hip and had an emergency hip replacement. At all times she was extremely understanding and helpful and a pleasure to work with. She managed to get me up and walking again and most of all helped me regain my confidence. I would really recommend South Downs Physio.
Anna was absolutely brilliant with my mum. She came out of hospital after a very long stay unable to walk or stand.
Anna with her reassuring manner and expertise got her back up and walking within weeks which enabled my mum to have her independence back.
I can’t thank Anna enough
Vicky came to my house to support my mum after she’d had her hip replaced and made such a difference. My mum’s walking, strength and confidence all improved with Vicky’s expertise. My mum went from being tentative with a stick to moving without an aid in no time. Vicky accompanied her on walks, gave her clear exercises to do and answered all her questions. My mum has dementia which can make things very demanding, and Vicky always encouraged her in such a positive way and was never patronising. She was patient and thoughtful and my mum really enjoyed and looked forward to her weekly visits. They were even able to move onto Pilates postures towards the end of the visits. I’d highly recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a physio
